General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Group lessons:

Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. As course leader, I reserve the right to refuse registrations for special reasons (e.g. severe physical limitations or illnesses or similar). In case of insufficient registrations or other important reasons (e.g. illness, further education, death, holidays, etc.) I reserve the right to cancel or postpone classes. The course participants will be informed immediately. If a session is cancelled, I am entitled to provide a substitute teacher, otherwise the costs will be refunded. The full amount of the course fee must be paid by bank transfer no later than 3 days after the first day of the course, unless otherwise agreed. Paid but unused or only partially used course units automatically expire at the end of the respective current course. A claim for refund is not possible. A registration for the respective course is fixed with my verbal or written confirmation. Cancellations by the participant up to 48 hours before the 1st course unit are not subject to any costs. For cancellations after this deadline, 50% of the respective course fee will be charged to the participant.

2. Liability:

Participation in each phase of the course is on the participant's own responsibility. The contents of the course are lessons in the sense of further education and in no way a substitute for physio-, psycho- or other therapies. I assume no liability for damages or impairments of any kind. Participants acknowledge this with their registration.

3. Data protection:

All personal details of course participants are treated confidentially and are used exclusively for internal purposes.
